This project was a true exercise in thoughtful spatial problem-solving. Located on a compact 0.37-acre site, the challenge was to provide high-density housing without sacrificing the comforts of a family home.

By meticulously planning every square foot, our team successfully integrated twelve units, each featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and private 2-car garages. Despite the site’s constraints, we prioritized a sense of "breathability"—incorporating expansive open floor plans and private balconies that allow each home to feel light, airy, and connected to the outdoors. It stands as a testament to how careful design can turn a challenging lot into a vibrant, high-functioning community.
